Check-out Service

Let us protect you

On the day of the tenancy agreement ends Inventory Management staff will examine the property and record against the checking-in Inventory Report:
 

  • The condition of all the furniture and fittings in all rooms, highlighting any damage with photos
  • The condition of the outside of the property, garden and any outbuildings recorded in the inventory, highlighting any damage with photos
  • Recommendations to the Agent and/or Landlord any cleaning issues, damage etc
  • Meter readings with supporting photographs
  • Smoke & Carbon monoxide alarms tested and reported
  • If required Inventory Management staff will collect the keys from the Tenant at the property at the time of the checking-out inspection and deliver it to the Landlord or their Agent
  • Report turnaround within 48 Hours

Check-out Service Process

If the Tenant wants to be present during the check-out inspection, our staff will perform the inspection walk through with the Tenant. Our staff are always friendly and professional and will record on the Check-out Report any comments or explanations provided by the Tenant at the time but will remain fully impartial.
