Our Mid-Term Inspections provide you with peace of mind.
An independent interim inspection of the property is an excellent and an efficient way to:
- Ensure there are no nasty surprises at the end of the tenancy
- Help the process of maintaining the property through out the tenancy and allows for early detection of problems before they become big and costly issues – prevention is better than the cure
- Help to manage relationship with the Tenant, to address any worries or misunderstandings and reduce the likelihood of disputes
- Helps the process of check-out be as smooth as possible
- Our experienced staff know what to look for but know how to be discreet
- We can accommodate appointments to suit tenants, at no extra cost for evening or weekends
- Both Landlords and Tenants can request an interim inspection
- We can share our template so that we can customise it to suit your needs

Mid-Term Inspections Process
During the interim inspection, Inventory Management’s friendly and experienced staff will:
- Check that the property is being well looked after by the Tenant
- Verify that the terms of the tenancy are being complied with
- Check if there are any obvious problems or maintenance works that need attention
